Lower back pain can be debilitating, limiting the activities in which you can participate in. In its most mild form, lower back pain may cause you to tire faster at work, as you cannot maintain your posture at a desk for as long as you need to. Severe back pain, which is more common than persistent discomfort, typically lasts no more than 6 weeks.

If your lower back pain is severe, however, your mobility may be compromised.
Lower back pain could affect your physical and mental health because it interrupts your routine and may prevents you from leading an active life.
