Kaitlyn Wade graduated from Murdoch University with a double degree in Chiropractic and Chiropractic Science (with Distinction) where she found her passion learning how Chiropractic can treat a range of musculoskeletal injuries and assist in returning the body to full function.
A long term devotee to the benefits of Chiropractic, Kaitlyn finds that a combination of manual adjusting, soft tissue techniques (dry needling, trigger point therapy, active stretching) and rehabilitation exercises are highly effective for a range of aches and pains. In addition, Kaitlyn is in the process of completing her Clinical Pilates qualification and offers one-on-one clinical pilates instruction as part of an extended appointment.
With a specific interest in sporting injuries and the role of Chiropractic in rehabilitation and prevention, Kaitlyn has 4 years of experience providing injury management to athletes of all sporting endeavours (AFL, rugby, gymnastics, athletics, swimming, cycling etc) through her work with Sports Medicine Australia and the Perth Football Club (WAFL).
Outside of work Kaitlyn enjoys being outdoors and keeping active and is loving her time getting to know the South Hedland community and exploring the Pilbara region.
